Study three kinds of resin cements on the fracture strength, after machinable glass-ceramic bonding. Methods:collect 60 human teeth, the long axis vertical teeth were ground surface enamel; after the IPS e.max CAD ceramic blocks processed into a sheet-like test piece, with the volume fraction of 9.5% hydrofluoric acid gel treatment, were randomly divided into three groups , n = 20, respectively, using Multilink multifunctional bonding system + Monobonds-S (A group), Rely X Ultimate resin cement + Scotchbond universal adhesive (group B), Rely X Unicem 2 resin cement (group C) bonding; each tile adhesive and then divided into two subgroups 1 and 2, each 10, A1, B1, C1 group without thermal cycling, A2, B2, C2 group thermal cycles. All tiles breaking load test on the universal testing machine. Results specimen fracture load values A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2 group were: (1 763 ± 128) N, (1 563 ± 115) N, (1 861 ± 135) N, (1 676 ± 137) N, (1 446 ± 153) N, (1 038 ± 95) N. Each specimen fracture load group differences was statistically significant (F = 52.279, P0.001), different kinds of resin cements (F = 94.104, P0.001), thermal cycling (F = 63.818, P0.001) respectively porcelain sheet breaking load has a significant influence. LSD test results show that, A, B, C 3 groups specimen fracture load value difference was statistically significant (P0.05), breaking load of the highest among Group B, Group C minimum. Conclusion Different kinds of different resin cements on the fracture strength after bonding tiles, cement tiles and resin handle the tooth surface may increase the fracture strength adhesive tiles after. Thermal cycling reduce fracture strength after bonding the tiles.
