Municipal people's government safety watchdog districts should be reviewed according to the law, from the date of receipt of the decision supporting materials within 45 days to approve or not to approve. If approved, the license issued by dangerous chemicals; not approved, notify the applicant in writing and explain the reasons.

Case safety supervision departments should be awarded a license to use hydrofluoric acid and timely information to the same level of environmental protection departments and public security organs.

The provisions of Article 16 regarding the implementation of key environmental management of the production of dangerous chemicals enterprises shall apply to the use of the implementation of key environmental management of hazardous chemicals in the production of enterprises; Article20, Article21, paragraph 1 of Article23, Article 27 on the production, stockpiling dangerous chemicals units, apply to the use of hazardous chemicals unit; Article 22 on the production, stockpiling dangerous chemicals business regulations, applicable to the use of hazardous chemicals such as hydrofluoric acid in the production of enterprises.
