The effects of the mass fraction and temperature of potassium fluoride solution on the solubility of potassium fluorosilicate in potassium fluoride solution were investigated. The effects of potassium fluoride solution on the solubility of potassium fluoride in potassium fluoride solution were studied. The results showed that the solubility of potassium fluorosilicate in aqueous potassium fluoride solution was low when the mass fraction of potassium fluoride solution was above 15% at the temperature of 298.15K. The pH of potassium fluoride solution was adjusted by using fluorosilicic acid when the end point value is the same as that of the same mass fraction, the purity of the purified potassium fluoride solution is the same, and the purity of the purified potassium fluoride product is more than 99%.
